PYLUSD has authorized summer conditioning camps for high school sports. The camp complies with recent California Department of Public Health guidelines. Cross country will host conditioning camp starting Monday, August 17th.

The camp was originally one week but will now extend to a two week session.

To participate all athletes must register, complete a physical, submit proof of health insurance and complete the COVID-19 Shared Responsibility form. 

While at camp, athletes must maintain social distancing and will be divided into smaller groups as per CPDH guidelines. This is not optional.

What: Summer conditioning camp

When: Monday-Friday, August 17-28; 7-9AM

Where: Monday and Wednesday–Yorba Regional Park (meet closest to Fairmont Blvd); Tuesday and Thursday–Yorba Linda Middle School (meet closest to YL Community Center); Friday–Yorba Linda High School 

Who: Coach Vidal Arista and assistant coaches hosting all potential YLHS XC runners

Cost: $100 

At this time there is no announcement from PYLUSD on whether there will be fall sports practice when school starts. We will publicize it as soon as we know.
